Part-Time Customer Service Staff

HRC Customer Service Staff are responsible for taking care of our customers' needs at the Club.  Employees holding this position can expect to do the following during a normal shift:

  • Greeting customers from the front desk
  • Ensuring the facility stays clean and well-kept
  • Answering the phone and relaying messages
  • Stocking small snacks and beverages
  • Assisting Tennis Pros with customers
  • Completing a daily checklist of small projects

A typcial shift is 4 hours long, though this varies dependent upon the needs of the Club.

Previous Customer Service Experience is appreciated, but not required.

Pay Rate: $11 / hour

Full-Time Staff Manager

HRC Staff Managers facilitate all the Club's needs. 

Manager responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Employee scheduling & oversight
  • Customer service
  • Vendor & inventory management
  • Facility upkeep
  • Participation in program management and planning

A typcial shift is 8 hours long, though this can vary dependent upon the needs of the Club.

At least 4 years of applicable work experience required.  Education is considered when choosing viable applicants.

Pay Rate: Yearly Salary Negotiable
