Part-Time Customer Service Staff

HRC Customer Service Staff are responsible for taking care of our customers' needs at the Club.  Employees holding this position can expect to do the following during a normal shift:

  • Greeting customers from the front desk
  • Ensuring the facility stays clean and well-kept
  • Answering the phone and relaying messages
  • Stocking small snacks and beverages
  • Assisting Tennis Pros with customers
  • Completing a daily checklist of small projects

A typcial shift is 4 hours long, though this varies dependent upon the needs of the Club.

Previous Customer Service Experience is appreciated, but not required.

Pay Rate: $11 / hour
